Aaditya Trades reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All content, programs, sessions, and materials provided by AadityaTrades – including but not limited to video lessons, live sessions, Telegram messages, chart analyses, and written content – are strictly educational in nature and do not constitute:

4. PROGRAM AND SERVICE TERMS
4.1 ENROLLMENTUpon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled program or service as described on the respective product page at the time of purchase.
For Solo Mode (self-paced program):
– Access is granted instantly upon successful payment confirmation through our website.
– Access period is 1 year from the date of enrollment.
– Lessons may be revisited unlimited times within the access period.
For Live Mode (mentorship program):
– Aditya Borse will contact you personally within 24 hours of confirmed payment to schedule your first live session.
– Sessions are conducted on Google Meet or a mutually agreed platform.
– Access to program content is 1 year from the date of enrollment.
For Direct Support – 1-on-1 Trading Call:
– Aditya Borse will contact you within 24 hours of confirmed payment to schedule the session.
– Session duration and platform will be as specified on the product page at the time of purchase.
– The session will be recorded and shared with you after the call.
For Direct Support – Telegram Support:
– Access to the private Telegram support chat with Aditya Borse begins within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
– Access duration is as specified on the product page at the time of purchase.
4.2 PROGRAM CONTENT
AadityaTrades reserves the right to update, modify, or improve program content at any time to enhance the learning experience. Such changes do not constitute a material change to the product purchased.
4.3 PERSONAL USE ONLY
All programs and services purchased from AadityaTrades are for your personal use only. You may not:
– Share your login credentials or Telegram access with any other person.
– Record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any program content without prior written consent from Aaditya Trades.
– Use any content from Aaditya Trades programs for commercial purposes.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 PRICING
All prices displayed on aadityatrades.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Aaditya Trades reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
5.2 PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Aaditya Trades does not store your card or banking details.
5.3 PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Your enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment verification. In case of payment failure or pending status, your access will not be activated until payment is successfully confirmed.
6. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our programs and services, all sales are final.
Aaditya Trades does not offer refunds once:
– Access to the program content has been granted.
– A 1-on-1 session has been scheduled or conducted.
– A Telegram Support period has commenced.
We strongly encourage all prospective students to:
– Read the full program details before enrolling.
– Go through the FAQ page on our website.
– Contact Aditya Borse directly via Telegram with any questions before making a purchase.
Aaditya Trades is committed to ensuring you choose the right program before you pay. If you are unsure, please message us before enrolling. In exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate payment or technical errors resulting in incorrect charges), refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To raise such a request, contact us at adityaborse.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on aadityatrades.in and within our programs – including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, logos, course materials, frameworks, methodologies, session recordings, and Telegram content – is the exclusive intellectual property of Aditya Borse and Aaditya Trades. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use this content for your own educational purposes only during your access period.
You may not:
– Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
– Create derivative works based on our content.
– Use our content, methodology, or framework to create competing educational products or services.
– Share session recordings or program materials with any third party.
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. AFFILIATE AND REFERRAL LINKS

When you sign up for these platforms using our links, Aaditya Trades may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Aaditya Trades only recommends platforms that Aditya Borse personally uses or has verified. However, Aaditya Trades is not responsible for the services, policies, or performance of any third-party platform. All trading on third-party platforms is subject to those platforms’ own terms and conditions and involves financial risk.
9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Our programs are primarily delivered through Telegram, a third-party messaging platform. Aaditya Trades is not responsible for any disruption, downtime, or changes to Telegram’s services that may affect content delivery. Live sessions are conducted via Google Meet or other agreed platforms. Aaditya Trades is not responsible for technical issues on these platforms that are beyond our reasonable control.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AadityaTrades and Aditya Borse shall not be liable for:
– Any financial losses incurred as a result of applying knowledge gained from our programs.
– Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content or services.
– Any losses arising from technical issues, platform downtime, or disruption to service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
– Any decisions made based on content consumed within our programs. Your use of our programs and services is entirely at your own risk.
11. USER CONDUCT
By using our website and enrolling in our programs, you agree not to:
– Share, distribute, or reproduce program content without written permission.
– Use our Telegram groups or direct support access to harass, abuse, or disrespect Aditya Borse or other community members.
– Engage in any unlawful activity in connection with your use of our services.
– Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during enrollment.
AadityaTrades reserves the right to terminate access without refund for any violation of these conduct terms.
12. PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services – including your name, email address, and payment details. 13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
